1. Scope

These terms govern your access to IQ Academy, its online cognitive assessment, digital score report, cognitive profile, certificate, account features and related subscription services.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Assessment service

The service provides digital educational content based on the answers you submit. It is not medical advice, a clinical diagnosis or a substitute for an assessment performed by a qualified professional. Results may vary and depend on the accuracy and completeness of your answers.

4. Offers, payment and renewal

The checkout displays the amount charged today, trial or introductory period where applicable, renewal amount, billing interval and currency before purchase. By completing payment, you authorize the stated initial and recurring charges until cancellation. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.

5. Subscription management

You may cancel future renewals through our public cancellation page using the billing email and the last four digits of the payment card. If those details cannot be matched, use Help. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund charges already completed, except where required by law or our Refund Policy.

6. Digital content and acceptable use

The assessment, reports, designs and software are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, automate, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but internet and third-party systems may fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. We may update these terms prospectively; the version published when you purchase governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
