Refund eligibility depends on the offer purchased, whether digital content was delivered or accessed, the reason for the request and mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

How to request a refund

Contact us promptly from the email used for purchase. Include the purchase date, charged amount, currency and a clear explanation. Never send full card numbers, passwords or security codes.

Recurring charges

Canceling through the subscription cancellation page prevents future renewals but does not by itself reverse a completed charge. We review duplicate charges, technical failures, unauthorized transactions and other requests individually. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Digital content

Where you expressly request immediate access to digital results, local law may limit a withdrawal right after delivery begins. We will not apply such a limitation where the law does not permit it.
