  • account data such as name, email, password hash and authentication records;
  • assessment answers, age range, education, timing data, scores and generated reports;
  • subscription and transaction references, status, amount, currency and payment-method category; full card details remain with the payment provider;
  • technical data such as IP address, browser, device, session, language, referrer and campaign parameters;
  • support requests and communications.

3. Why we process it

We use data to deliver and secure the assessment, generate results, create and authenticate accounts, process and manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent duplicate introductory offers and fraud, meet legal obligations, diagnose failures and improve the service.

4. Providers and international transfers

We may share only necessary data with hosting, email, payment, support, security, analytics and advertising providers acting under their own terms or our instructions. Where required, international transfers use lawful safeguards.
